Communication and International Competence
Isabelle Demangeat is a qualified coach and trainer for global leadership and cross-cultural communication with more than two decades’ worth of profound experience. In 1994, she started her independent consulting practice Fit for Culture - International Talent Development. Ms. Demangeat also works with the Center for Creative Leadership as an Associate Coach and has published two handbooks on intercultural communication in business as well as several articles. Her clients include international corporations from a wide range of business sectors, including BASF, Bombardier, sanofi-aventis, and Whirlpool, to name a few. Her main focus areas include: diversity and inclusion, development of international teams, remote team building, and training in leadership across cultures.
As a young professional and junior manager, Isabelle Demangeat lived in the French, Swiss, and German contexts. Her specialization in organizational development and internationalization began in 1991 at Allianz Lebensversicherung AG in Stuttgart, where she held the position of commissioner for equal opportunities (“Beauftragte für Chancengleichheit”). Today, Isabelle Demangeat frequently travels to India and is accredited as a mediator by the India Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. She is also certified as a Gordon Inc. trainer and completed training at the Management Center Voralberg. Before all of that transpired, she earned a Magister Artium in Romance Studies at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in 1986.Courses
