Joanna Sell is a certified Coach, intercultural Trainer and Facilitator who believes in the power of sharing stories that contribute to building bridges of understanding across cultures. As the owner of www.interculturalcompass.com and the host of a podcast www.onewordstories.net, she promotes working with storytelling practices across cultures to foster diversity, inclusion and belonging. She is the co-author of several books on storytelling and cultural diversity and designer of intercultural games diversophy and Inscape Room for Global Teams. Joanna is thrilled to enhance the development of a global mindset among leaders, team members, business clients working across cultures, and students. So far, she has trained and coached people from 40+ countries all over Europe, and offered master classes, workshops and learning journeys in India, Malaysia, France, Belgium, Poland, Ireland, Spain, Austria, and Germany. Her working languages include English, French, German, and Polish.

Joanna brings 17 years of experience in executive coaching, training for global team leaders, intercultural programs for people working across cultures in the corporate world (Bayer, BASF, Beiersdorf, Bilfinger, BOSCH, Johnson, MTU, Procter & Gamble, SIEMENS, ThyssenKrupp, VW Financial Services) and university classes for PhD, M.A. and B.A. students as well as academic staff (universities in Hannover, Hildesheim, Paris, Vienna, Villach, Katowice and Jyväskylä in Finland).

Joanna believes in the transformational power of stories, shared across cultures and generations to enhance collaboration in multicultural teams, in human-centric meetings in virtual spaces and in the learning and development.
